By using Run or Rumble you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Run or Rumble produces a randomized outcome presented as a Race, a Rumble, or a Coin Flip. The result is generated by a seeded pseudo-random number generator and is intended for entertainment and as a fair, repeatable way to settle something. It is not gambling and involves no wagering.
Core play is free forever. The paid plan adds picking your characters, saving crews, and your own shareable links. It is offered as a $9/year subscription that renews annually until cancelled, or, as a limited-time offer, a one-time $29 payment for lifetime access. Pricing is shown on the Pricing page and may change for future terms. Prices are in CAD.
All sales are final. Run or Rumble is a digital product; the moment your payment goes through, your paid features unlock immediately. Because the product is delivered instantly, purchases are non-refundable — including for changing your mind, unused time, or buying the wrong plan.
The annual plan is a recurring subscription you can cancel anytime to stop future charges; cancelling stops the next renewal and your paid features remain until the end of the paid period. The lifetime option is a single one-time payment with nothing to renew or cancel.
Exceptions. We'll review a refund where required by applicable law, or for a clear billing error such as a duplicate or unauthorized charge, or a genuine technical failure on our side we couldn't resolve. Email info@runorrumble.com within 14 days of the charge, from or referencing the email used to purchase. Before disputing a charge, please contact us first — we're a small operation and will work with you.
Accounts use passwordless one-time codes (or magic links) sent to your email. You're responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure and for activity under your account.
Don't abuse the service: no scraping at scale, no attempts to break authentication or other users' data, no uploading unlawful content, and no using the service to harass others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
You keep ownership of the names you add. You grant us a limited license to display them within your matches and shared links. Matches you publish are publicly accessible: anyone with the link can view them. Don't publish anything you wouldn't want others to see.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Results are random and for fun; we don't guarantee any particular outcome, uptime, or fitness for a specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Run or Rumble is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. We'll post changes here with an updated date; continued use means you accept them.
